HRIS CoordinatorFalck is paving the way for our new HRIS landscape and is currently seeking a dynamic HRIS Coordinator to join our team.

About the jobYou will be a part of the HRIS team at Global People & Culture. In this role you will be immersed in various aspects of the project, working across different workstreams to address diverse needs. Your versatility will be key as you collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate global standards in our future HR landscape. By leveraging your expertise and adaptability, you will play a pivotal role in helping the project’s success.Joining our HRIS team at Global People and Culture, your major responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with People & Culture and other stakeholders to analyze business requirements as input for global design solutions.
  • Conduct detailed People & Culture process assessments to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional advisory boards, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and reflections on future global standards and ways of working.
  • Provide support to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and process flows.
  • Support in the development and delivery of training materials and user documentation to enhance end-user understanding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage project deliverables.

About youQualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Coordinator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of P&C processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) and associated tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough data analysis and validation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Thrive in a role where you support the project, where you engage in problem solving, and where not two days are the same.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)

  • Your job location will be in Denmark, Copenhagen, and you will be part of the Global People & Culture team at Falck.
