About this role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as HR Business Partner and Labour relations specialist. You will play a vital role in driving HR and labour relations initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the overall HR strategy with the specific needs of the country and local stakeholders. You will act as a key HR partner to the country management team and work collaboratively to embed the HR strategy. Next to that, you will engage with external stakeholders, driving negotiations and where relevant represent the company with our social partners.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Strategic Business Partner
Partner with the Country MT and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda
- Develop and implement the global HR agenda and translate business needs to concrete initiatives and projects in alignment with other HR pillars
- Identify the local HR services needs, mobilise and engage the HR community to drive priorities based on clear SLAs and guidelines
- Escalation point for complex employee relation support
- Collaborate with the Segment HRBP team and act as a change agent, supporting management teams solve organization, people & change-related matters
- Leverage people data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and support improvement to the HR service and procedure
Labour Relations
As the interface to the social partners, you participate in regular meetings with them and where relevant negotiate together with our Managing Director on Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- You advise business leaders and work with HR stakeholders on topics and questions related to the labour relations activities.
- You prepare documents and other material relevant for the conversations with our social partners.
What will you bring to the table?
- Relevant progressive working experience from operational to strategic HR consulting, business partnering and/or management roles, from local to regional or global scope, over a span of several years
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian labor law combined with practical experience collaborating with social partners.
- Degree preferably in law, business administration or economics with a specialisation in HRM or additional equivalent work Experience
- Strong organisation & execution skills , proven track record working in an international, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strategic partnering experience, coaching sr leaders as well as talent management, organisation development expertise
- comfortable to navigate in an international and matrix HR environment, having worked in partnership with HR CoEs
- strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders within thе organization
- Experience of working with HR data, and an analytical mindset, to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions
