Job Responsibilities:

Wir suchen ab ca. April 2026 einen HR Werkstudent (m/w/d) als Unterstützung für das Corporate Austria HR Team in Wien. Der Umfang dieser Stelle liegt zwischen 20 und 30 Stunden.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt den Sr. HR Manager und sein Team bei allen Aufgaben des operativen Personalmanagements
• Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung der internen HR-Prozesse mit
• Du unterstützt im Bereich Recruiting, beispielsweise bei der Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen oder bei Rechercheaufgaben
• Die Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Reportings gehört in deinen Aufgabenbereich
• Du unterstützt bei den Vorbereitungen für die Personalabrechnung
• Du arbeitest aktiv an weiteren aktuellen HR-Projekten mit

Wonach wir suchen

• Sehr gutes Deutsch (mindestens C1 Niveau) und gutes Englisch (mindestens B2 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
• Erste Erfahrungen in Human Resources einer globalen Organisation hilfreich
• Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook und PowerPoint)
• Zahlenaffinität und Genauigkeit
• Lösungsorientierung und Ausdauer
• Verfügbarkeit an 4 Wochentagen (bevorzugt 2x vormittags und 2x nachmittags)
• Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 12 Monate ab Startdatum
