This internship is designed for individuals who are curious and eager to gain hands-on experience in the diverse facets of HR.

• Contribute to a comprehensive understanding of HR structures and processes.
• Draft procedures, reflections, and analyses of HR activities, aiding in decision-making and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, analytics, PowerPoint for creating comprehensive and informative presentations.
• Organize office/home-working setups and conduct in-depth analyses of prevailing attendance policies.
• Contribute to job mapping for new organizational structures.
• Assist in designing modes of remuneration and calculating variable objectives for internal coherence.
• Back-office support for HR functions.

The assignments may vary according to profile and motivation. We attach great importance to the fact that the trainee can develop his/her potential in the mission entrusted to him/her and that he/she can express him/herself and put his/her innovative ideas into practice.About YOU 💫

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (student status/internship under school contract).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR projects.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch (written and spoken) is preferred.

• You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks – preferred longer
