You will be working closely with our HR Manager and HR Coordinator to support on a wide range of HR tasks, facilitating a high level of service for our staff members in our Copenhagen office.You will be part of the Business Services team, who is in charge of providing first level services (Administration, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources and IT) for the Danish office and our 80+ staff members.Your responsibilitiesYou will support HR processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, trainings, etc. Your tasks will include:

  • Assist in booking interviews and planning for recruitment processes
  • Draft employee contracts
  • Support with the administration of onboarding
  • Keep track of employee contract changes and fill-in forms to inform Payroll and Finance
  • Keeping the HR Employee database up to date with new starters, contract changes and leavers
  • Track mandatory trainings completion
  • Prepare holiday reports for payroll
  • Take part in preparations for any cyclical activities like job fairs and our Wellbeing Month
  • Continuously evolving ad hoc tasks

Your technical and personal competencesYou are a team player who enjoys working in a vibrant international environment. You are keen on taking on the responsibility, and you meet the following requirements:

  • Currently studying at university level within a related field such as Communications or Business Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in HR
  • Detail oriented and mindful of the importance of compliance
  • Able to conduct yourself in Danish and English on a professional level
  • Eager to learn and get experience within a large variety of tasks
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ready to periodically roll up your sleeves and support on general office tasks as a part of our Business Services Team
