Job Title: HR Specialist TMOE, Communication & Analytics
Multiple locations possible: Versailles (78), Marolles-en-Brie (94), Champagné (72), Budapest (Hungary)

You will join our division, with an international dimension (France, Morocco, US, India, Japan…) and specializing in the design and manufacture of connectors among other products that meet specific specifications for the marine, aerospace, space, defense, and nuclear sectors.

Join our dynamic team at Eaton Souriau and make a meaningful impact as an HR Specialist TMOE, Communication & Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovative HR initiatives that shape the future of our global organization.
Responsibilities:

TMOE (Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness):

Lead the deployment and management of all TMOE processes across our Division, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.

Spearhead Inclusion & Diversity programs, serving as the primary liaison with the corporate I&D team.

Implement and facilitate engaging Early Talent and Leader X programs to nurture our future leaders.

Become the go-to expert on all TMOE tools and processes.

Internal Communication:
-
Partner closely with the corporate communication team to deliver impactful internal messaging.

Organize and facilitate dynamic ITD Town Halls to foster employee engagement.

Manage the monthly 5-minute Ethics sessions and Nomination Announcement processes.

Centralize and streamline all internal communication requests.

Analytics:
-
Create insightful monthly HR reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Administer the Sales Incentive Plan for the Division.

Support the sites with cutting-edge analytics tools and solutions.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
3+ years of relevant HR experience
Skills:
-
Proficiency in HR IT tools, MS Office, and data analysis
-
Excellent communication skills in English and French (Spanish a plus)

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
