Wood is looking for an Intern as HR Specialist based in Milan office. Reporting to HR Managers, he/she will learn to assist with planning and co-ordination in support of HR plans and projects with focus on a variety of generalist HR services necessary for the employee life cycle in Italy and different countries in Europe and will interact with other offices all around Europe.
The candidate will work within clear direction and existing guidelines, with the need to show initiative when dealing with and planning tasks.

- Assists the relevant HR team with planning and delivery of specific work activities related to generalist HR Services
- Supports HR activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle
- Supports line managers with basic HR activity and queries
- Coordinates events / HR programmes as required, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of Progress
Skills qualifications
- Degree qualified in HR related or business management qualification
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and development
