You will manage some of the daily HR process and implement Local and global HR initiatives in a temporary position. The main responsibilities will be:Manage the labour legal process, from hire to retire, together with the external expert providerEnsure an accurate and just in time monthly salary processMaintain the HR information on the self-service portal and the internal HR knowledge database (Workday)Play a role in improving the local HR Support services and information.Manage the learning needs for our people: priorities definition, LMS administration, training plan, vendor management, global initiatives implementationLead the improvement initiatives looking for the wellbeing of our peopleWho you are…?Do you like to support the people in their development?
