We are hiring a HR Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of an employee from contract to exit procedure including all related vendor management. You must possess great communication skills, high energy, the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time position with competitive pay, opportunity for continuous growth, and many more employer perks. RESPONSIBILTIES:

-To collaborate with the recruitment team to have an effective recruitment & hiring process 
-To complete the hiring process with social security entrances & exits to comply with Turkish labor law 
-To maintain organizational charts and update systems & reports accordingly
-To update employee records and files 
-To handle orientation for all coming newcomers on a weekly basis 
-To inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible 
-To process employees’ queries and respond on a timely manner 
-To maintain HR policies within the country 
-To manage external vendors related to medical insurance & meal allowance 
-To prepare documents related to labor relations for the disciplinary committee
-To conduct exit interviews
-To handle all disciplinary-related actions within the company
-To be a part of the disciplinary committee of the company  
-To handle all non-salary payments 
-To prepare all HR-related reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis 
-To prepare reports and communicate with internal parties related to employee-related updates
-To handle and follow all related items on Occupational Health & Safety topics 
-To stay up-to-date and comply with Turkish labor law
-To handle other duties as assigned
 

    

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree.
-A B2-C1 level of English (both written & spoken).
-Min. 2 years of HR Specialist or similar experience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
-Experience on Success Factors, nice to have.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
