For our Client, a multinational company in the medical industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Service delivery manager. The right candidate should have regional or global experience in a multinational organization (SSC or BPO preferred) as a team leader (min 10 FTE). Knowledge of more than one foreign language (English is a must) will be an advantage.Responsibilities:

• manage the day-to-day work of the HR Services Delivery team, performing operational duties as required to keep the process running consistently,
• coordinate development plans of team members, by utilizing internal and external learning and development trainings and programs,
• lead the evolution and expansion of the HR services strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR-Centres of Excellence, and business stakeholders,
• scale existing processes for growth and innovation based on business needs,
• investigate ways to improve and harmonize existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services,
• lead and execute critical HR Operational functions, such as data entry, analysis and delivering insights, HR reporting and analytics, recruiting operations and onboarding support, and HR audits.

Requirements:

• min. 6 years of Global/Regional HR experience leading a Shared Services organization within a company,
• current working knowledge of various EMEA country HR and employment law topics, including Polish law,
• strong English written and spoken skills, proficiency in other languages is a plus,
• strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines (i.e., multitasking),
• experience working with a team of HR professionals that are not co-located,
• excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills,
• excellent at workload prioritization, resource management, and project management.
