The people partner for Southern countries (France Italy and Spain) is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the country-specific operations. This role encompasses various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall HR strategy and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and issues.

o Will manage the Work council meetings and personal representation in those countries.

o Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

o Facilitate effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

3. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

o Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

o Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with global standards and local requirements.

4. Performance Management:

o Support the performance review process, providing tools and guidance to managers and employees.

o Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and monitor progress.

5. Training and Development:

o Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

o Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

o Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and local regulations.

7. HR Data Management:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

o Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making

8. Employee Engagement:

o Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

o Analyze employee surveys feedback and recommend actions for improvement.

9. Health and Safety:

o Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

o Promote wellness programs and initiatives to support employee well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and local conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR issues and opportunities.
