HR Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Are you ready to join in a passionate and motivated HR Team? We are looking for an HR Payroll Specialist to join Danfoss Human Resources Team in Italy.

You will support your colleague in the implementation of the rules and procedures relating to the administrative management of the employment relationship and the reports associated with it.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Administrative activities related to the management of the employee life cycle.
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
• Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
• Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
• Address questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
• Prepare reports for management, finance department etc.
• Support the HR Generalist within the documentation related to Learning & Development field.

Background & Skills

• Educational Background in Administration, Economy, Law or equivalent culture.
• Previous experience in similar role, gained in Multinational medium structured companies.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience with Zucchetti is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English language (written & spoken).
