If so, continue reading!We are seeking a HR Business Partner to guide management, analyse HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals. The HR Partner role in Personal Customers (PC) and Financial Crime Risk & Prevention (FCR&P) could be your perfect fit.Your role involves partnering with the business and delivering professional HR impact. As an HR Business Partner at Danske Bank, you’ll have a diverse and dynamic range of tasks. Your work will involve daily HR guidance, analysis of trends and metrics, and improving work relationships, engagement, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will primarily support business areas in Denmark, participating in HR initiatives in close cooperation with your colleagues.Your daily activities include:

  • Improving, advising, and coaching the leaders on both strategic and operational level by creating trusted partnerships.
  • Analysing trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Collaborating with management and employees to foster engagement.
  • Developing and delivering activities in collaboration with the business to take our culture commitments Team Up, Be Open and Own It to the next level
  • Advancing our inclusion and diversity agenda with the business.
  • Participating in various HR activities and projects.
  • Providing performance management guidance to line management.
  • Interacting closely with business management in your respective business area.

The HR Partner role aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position fosters partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. The role ensures the long-term, relevant impact of people initiatives and enables creation of transformation plans with colleagues in the business.

This role is suited for you who enjoys being close to the business and managing the everyday ‘run’ of the business.   • 3-5 years of work experience as an HR business partner or similar.
  • An analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour legislation and HR functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
