Your role involves partnering with the business and delivering professional HR impact. As an HR Partner at Danske Bank, you’ll have a diverse and dynamic range of tasks, where you will be part of an experienced and diversified team with extended HR experience.The HR Partner role aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position fosters partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. The role ensures the long-term, relevant impact of people initiatives and enables creation of transformation plans with colleagues in the business.Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, your primary role will be to support business functions within Denmark. However, as a Nordic organization with a cross-functional approach, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues across different regions on various HR initiatives.Your daily activities will include:

  • Building robust partnerships across the organisation to deliver best-in class HR services to our leaders and employees
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement and increase retention
  • Advising our leaders on both strategic and operational level by creating trusted partnerships
  • Supporting leaders in activities across the employee life cycle such as including workforce planning, talent management and sourcing
  • Supporting leaders when needed in operational HR activities, such as changes related to business transformation, advancing our inclusion and diversity agenda performance evaluation, salary review, labour law, change management
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Utilizing data, analysing trends and metrics with to develop and drive the HR agenda together with our HR team
  • Ensuring a smooth running of the delivering of HR policy’s, projects and initiative together with our HR COE function

A data driven and solution-oriented HR Partner
You are a team player, and you will enjoy sharing responsibilities with the rest of the HR team at Danske Bank. You will excel in this position if you have:

  • 3-5 years of work experience within HR is beneficial
  • A data driven and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour legislation and HR functions, AI and HR Metrics
  • Comprehensive interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English
