We are currently looking for our future HR Operations Specialist who will be part of the HR Shared Services Team. The role is responsible for operational and system support for employee lifecycle transactions and payroll within assigned countries in Europe and Africa.

The Specialist will work closely with the Regional Operations Lead, Sr. Specialist and Specialist to ensure strong customer service to the business and to drive efficiency by improving operational processes and procedures.

The position can be located everywhere in Europe with preference for Plzen (Czech Republic) or Gennevilliers (France).

Your future Duties and Responsibilities will be to :

  • Serve as a point of contact for Europe HR team for employee lifecycle transactions and troubleshooting.

  • Manage and conduct employee lifecycle transactions in Workday within Europe.

  • Perform data audits to ensure quality and accuracy of transactions.

  • Handle requests via ticketing system.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with local HR leaders and act as first point of contact for HR Managers.

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR Ops processes and participate in continuous improvement projects.

  • Participate in Workday testing for system upgrades, optimizations, or new business processes.

  • Prepare mass uploads in Workday.

  • Work closely with HR Operations Specialist for Africa during high surge periods.

  • Work on other projects and duties as assigned.

About your Qualification & Experience :

  • You have been graduated as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field or equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.

  • You are fluent in English and French or Czech.

  • You are experienced in HR administration, payroll, and systems, preferably in a Shared Services environment.

  • Having experience working within HR systems, preferably Workday, and with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow, you are also proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an intermediate level in Excel (pivot tables & charts, vlookups).

  • Strong knowledge of labor law is preferred and excellent verbal and written communication skills is expected.

  • You are able to provide outstanding customer service through strong understanding of processes and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Continuous-improvement mindset and enthusiasm for improving customer experience is required to be successfull on this role/

  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
