This role will be a key enabler of operational excellence, with a special focus on documentation accuracy, automation, streamline and harmonize the global background screenings, and continuous process improvement. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment, working closely with Payroll, Benefits, Workday, and HR Analytics colleagues across the globeResponsibilities

  • Own and evolve the background screening process: ensure compliance, drive process excellence, and lead efforts to automate and streamline.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and process maps across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  • Help maintain key metrics to measure effectiveness of the HR Shared Services function.
  • Support HR operational processes and audits by ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and act as the go-to person for internal HR process support.
  • Partner with HR Analytics & Systems to drive automation and digital efficiency across routine HR workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams (IT, Legal, HRBPs, Tech vendors) to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Provide support during audits or internal reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement roles.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (ideally Workday) and comfort working with digital tools and automation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to documentation quality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose smarter ways of working.
  • Experience with or understanding of background screening processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to connect the dots across teams and systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
