HR Manager – Staffing, Budget & Reporting

The jobholder will be responsible for the staffing figures, budget, reporting and communication on HR matters.

The jobholder shall collect HR needs, plan, organize, implement and monitor HR policies and processes in the following categories: Staffing Allocation and HR Management; Act as a back up to the Head of Sector HR; Budget Monitoring and Procurement; Reporting and HR Statistics; Internal and External Communication.

Selection procedure:

Written test – All pre-selected candidates will be invited to sit the written test at the same time, in only one sitting, ahead of the interview. Failure to sit this test will result in the candidate being excluded.

The test will consist of a case study in English designed to test your knowledge in the field; ability to draft, understand, analyse and summarise. Only candidates that pass the written test will be invited for the oral test.

Interview to assess your:

  • suitability to carry out the duties of an HR Manager
  • specialist knowledge in the field
  • communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
  • general knowledge about the CINEA and related policies

Candidates receiving at least the pass mark, all tests combined, will be included in the reserve list, which does not guarantee recruitment. The Agency may organise a second interview with candidates in the reserve list.
