They are committed to nurturing talent and empowering individuals to tackle new challenges head-on, ensuring both personal and organizational success.As part of an acquisition, in order to strengthen its HR teams, the company is seeking a HR specialist to take care of its Nordic population. This population consists of 100 employees based in the Netherlands, Ireland, and England.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR Administration processes for 3 countries (NL, UK & IRL).
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and practices, including salary increment campaigns, yearly development discussions, training, and people reviews.
  • Oversee recruitment policy and execution of open positions, including communication on local job boards, with support from a Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Handle payroll operations using the Deel platform.
  • Coordinate and manage relations with the Works Council in the Netherlands.
  • Participate in and ensure follow-up on HR projects such as Great Place to Work initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage HR budget.
  • Stay updated on HR Legal Watch for assigned countries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Europe HR team on various HR matters.

Job Experience:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, payroll, etc.
  • Experience in managing relations with Works Councils.
  • Expertise in Dutch Labor Law.
  • Proficient in payroll, tax, and fringe benefits management (e.g., company car, pension plan, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
