Our client is a leading global materials and technology group, with a strong focus on contributing towards sustainable practices. They are looking for an HR Manager for a long-term contract on 1 of their production sites in Belgium. You can get involved in a variety of change projects and it will be more interesting to use your knowledge on all HR activities.

Responsibilities:

– Manage HR processes in a production environment, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations.

– Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and contribute to its sustainability initiatives.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

– Several years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner.

– Proven track record in HR within a production environment, showcasing your ability to drive HR initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

– Fluency in English and Dutch
