As part of the HR HQ Team, the HR Manager plays a pivotal role in providing strategic advice, recommendations, and comprehensive HR support to senior-level stakeholders, managers, and teams across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, North & South America. This role covers a broad range of HR areas such as HR tools and processes, labor law compliance, performance management, employee development, talent acquisition, and compensation. Additionally, the HR Manager leads and develops their team (in Poland and India), ensuring effective support for the business, while actively contributing to the creation and implementation of a high-performing company culture.Your role:Drive and support key People & Culture processes: Collaborate in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation & benefits (C&B), leadership development, and offboarding for the Head Office divisions.Ensure seamless HR process execution: Oversee and manage the successful deployment of HR systems and processes across designated business units, fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.Advise and guide management: Provide expert consultation to managers on HR policies, legal regulations, and best practices. Offer strategic solutions to complex HR challenges and, when needed, provide coaching and mentoring to business partners.Deliver operational excellence: Ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations, emphasizing process effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and flawless execution of administrative tasks within your areas of responsibility.Collaborate on HR initiatives: Work closely with the HR Leadership Team, alongside other HR functions, to drive key HR goals, projects, and activities. Offer valuable input in strategic planning and contribute to the successful execution of broader HR strategies.Lead and develop your team: Manage, support, and inspire your direct reports, ensuring they are empowered to succeed. Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure high performance and team cohesion.Invest in continuous learning: Take charge of your own professional development to maintain high performance and deliver valuable contributions to the organization.Promote effective communication: Foster clear, efficient communication and collaboration across your team, with your supervisor, and throughout the broader HR function and organization.Ensure compliance and integrity: Uphold compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures related to labor, safety, and security.
