Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visitJob DescriptionHR ManagerThe Talent & Culture (HR) team is looking for their new HR Manager who is eager to share their HR expertise and knowledge to the benefit of our Support Office in Brussels and the 94 hotels in Belgium & Luxembourg. On top of the HR management and social matters, a focus will be on the the hotel network, including rolling out strategic projects and initiatives in recruitment, talent management, engagement, well-being or compensation & benefits.Your role is a mix between advising and consulting for the hotels whilst for the Support Office you hold the classic HR role and responsibility for the full HR cycle and disciplines.You will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Implement effective sourcing strategies and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Talent and Performance Management: Manage and implement performance management system and coordinate the talent management cycle including succession planning
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry and company standards. For the Support Office, you carry out the monthly payroll
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

QualificationsYour experience and skills include:

  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English
  • Bachelor degree in HR
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the Belgian social legislation, basic knowledge of Luxemburgish legislation is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software (Successfactors/ ADP/ Smartrecruiter) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and affinity with selling services to our partners
  • Team player, who likes to work with various stakeholders across all levels and functions of a business.
  • Curious minded and have a passion for learning

Your team and working environment:Based in Brussels, you will be part of the Benelux & DACH HR team with colleagues located in Belgium, The Netherlands, Munich, Zurich and Vienna. It is a team that regularly meets virtually and face-to-face and has fun together! You will be based in Brussels by yourself, your 3 other HR BeNeLux colleagues are based in Schiphol.
