The team is young, international (we have around 25 different nationalities) and enthusiastic. As a HR Manager you will continue to develop, implement and coordinate HR tools such as performance management and learning and talent development. Other tasks would be:

• Recruitment and active recruiting
• On- and off boarding of employees
• Preparing payroll accounting, payroll budget and monthly forecast
• Cooperation with schools
• Talent management and employee development
• Part of the management team

Who are we looking for?

• You already have experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager and you have experience in the hotel industry.
• The hotel is still very new, we are looking for an entrepreneur in HR!
• You are skilled in Dutch labor and social security law
• You are organizational and your coordination skills are very pronounced.
• You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself excellently in English.
