You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure legal compliance. Your role is critical in shaping our company culture and fostering a positive workplace.Main tasks and responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Manage relationships between employees and management by handling requests to create a positive work environment.
- Develop, monitor, and implement HR strategies, tactics and procedures across the organization and align with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage our performance cycle that drives growth, together with the team managers.
- Advise and assist the recruitment team in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of our employees.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Nurture the talent and culture of the company.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive; you are familiar with recruiting, compensation, employee relations and development.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
- The ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Strong people orientation: you are enthusiastic, a good communicator (which also includes listening), ambitious, and results-driven.
- A high level of integrity, you are loyal, honest and reliable.
- This position requires fluency in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
