about the roleThis role is in effect a local HR Business Partner, supporting a diverse employee base, in a large matrix organization, managing aspects of all HR generalist activities from recruitment through to employee relations. Due to the evolving needs of the business, project work is a key requirement of this role. The successful candidate will be part of a strong HR team of three members providing strong HR support to client group in The Netherlands.The aim for this HR consultant is to provide strong professional HR support to a technology based client group : consisting of both, managers and employees and lead by example, guiding, advising and supporting as appropriate.The candidate will be responsible for our technology business, which consists of approximately 160 employees in the Netherlands region.To be successful in this role you will need to understand be able to establish key relationships quickly: relevant business leaders, the employee representative forum as well as member of the immediate HR and wider European HR team.about you

  • University diploma in HR or equivalent to 7+ years relevant work experience as HR generalist in an international environment and matrix organization
  • You’ve participated in works council meetings and you’ve collaborated with union representatives in the past
  • English and local languages mandatory
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work through ambiguity
