By combining technology and a multi-disciplinary team of Threat Intelligence enthusiasts, Sekoia.io is making a strong impact in cybersecurity with an approach that breaks down silos, whether technological, organizational or cultural.Descriptif du posteAre you motivated to have a real impact in a fast-paced tech company ?At the heart of the HR team, your role will be to handle different HR missions under a General Secretary and alongside a Talent Acquisition Manager.As a human-sized company (~100 people), the HR manager has a key role and a real impact on the smooth running of and the well-being of its employees.You will replace the current HR Manager during her maternity leave.Your missions :As a member of an HR Team, you will :Manage personnel administration for all employees such as contracts, terminations, attestations, medical examinations, etc.;Ensure the day-to-day management of files from the employees’ onboarding to departure;Assist managers in improving different processes : probationary period process, annual review processes etc…;Managing training for employees by gathering training requests, preparing training plans & implementing them;Set up and deploy various HR projects (HRIS, salary grid, skills mapping, etc.);Contribute to the preparation of the social balance sheet (headcount, staff movements, working hours, individual files, remuneration and social charges);Take charge of all matters relating to office life such as ensuring the quality of life of employees in the office, organizing team events, etc.;Manage internal HR communications (e.g. newsletters, events, ad hoc communications, etc.);Assist management and employees on a day-to-day basis.📍 The position will be based in Paris.Profil recherché🤩 We are excited to meet you if :You have at least 5 years of experience in a general HR position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.You are looking for an operational position that will allow you to handle a variety of subjects daily.You are available and attentive to employees’ needs, which allows you to react quickly to provide them with quality support.You have a strong sense of confidentialityYou have good knowledge of the French labor lawsYou are organized, rigorous, autonomous and willingYou have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of serviceYou can adapt to a fast-paced environment, and can handle several subjects at onceYou have a good command of IT tools (Google Suite, Excel, PPT, etc.).You are fluent in both French & English👀 Are you interested in this job but feel you haven’t ticked all the boxes?
