As a member of the Managed Services capability within PwC Advisory, you’ll help our clients in their day-to-day execution to achieve their business objectives. You will help them to innovate and change to adopt new ways of working.Managed Services is the operational execution engine of PwC Advisory. Our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues of the other PwC Advisory teams to develop, deploy and run operational solutions combining the best experience, methodologies and technologies. Our team turns ideas and insights into concrete actions and results.Your impactYou help our clients in the support and execution of their HR and/or recruitment operations, while providing them with our consulting expertise:Oversee the entire recruitment process, including talent hunting, sourcing, initial candidate screening, interviews and extending job offersRedesign recruitment/HR workflows and identify areas for enhancementDevelop and implement onboarding programs for clientsConduct process mapping and continuous improvement activitiesAnalyze market trends and innovative working methods, providing strategic adviceBuild and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities and improve HR processesAdvise clients and stakeholders on adopting new governance models and best practicesCollect, transform, and analyze HR data to facilitate effective decision-makingProvide actionable insights to align with business objectivesParticipate in HR improvement initiatives and projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee developmentSupport the creation and implementation of HR deliverables, including SOPs and operational guidelinesAbout youBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant fieldMinimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HRFluent in English and Dutch/French, with a good working knowledge of the other languageAble to analyze and take decision based on dataExcellent communicator, both verbally and in writingInterested in assisting clients with their day-to-day operations while reviewing and improving their recruitment strategies and/or HR processes.
Keen to leverage your recruitment/HR experience to help clients while developing your consulting skillsInterested in hands-on activities such as hunting, sourcing, calling candidates, recruitment, and HR operationsExperience or interest in project management and process improvement is an assetComfortable working in a fast-changing environment and willing to go the extra mileClient, business and solutions-orientedAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
