- Bachelor´s degree in Psychology or related area.
- Master Degree in HR.
- PhD Degree will be an asset.
- Excellent English spoken and written. Spanish or any other language will be desirable.
- Advanced Computer skills.
- Minimum of 5-year experience in the field and 5 years teaching experience.
- Education or experience in HR and Management skills.
- Highly motivated and well organized, flexible and ability to work on your own initiative and independently.
Les Roches is currently recruiting for its campus in Spain, Marbella, an experienced Lecturer in HR (Ref: HR – Human Resources).Under the supervision of the Academic Director, he/she will be teaching and delivering academic theoretical classes in the related subject.
