Position overview

As the HR Lead for allnex Latvia, you will oversee all HR responsibilities and processes within organization. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, drive change processes, and participate in business strategy and workforce planning. Your role will involve building effective relationships with key stakeholders and managing a small team to achieve departmental goals.

We are looking for you – a dynamic hands-on HR leader with a passion for service excellence, a person who can drive change and business results through the use of strong influencing skills and broaden resources expertise. You will act as a strategic advisor and provide management consultation to the Latvia Leadership Team , support your HR team in partnering with functional, regional and business leaders.

Responsibilities
-HR Management: Oversee and supervise all HR responsibilities and processes within allnex Latvia.
-Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-HR Administration: Ensure effective HR administration processes and accurate record keeping.
-Change Management: Drive change processes in collaboration with the Latvia GBS Leadership team.
-Strategic Planning: Participate in business strategy planning and workforce planning.
-Stakeholder Relationships: Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
-Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
-External Relations: Manage relationships with external providers professionally.

Required skills and experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of strong Human Resources experience, including labor law, change management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment.
-In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
-Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Latvian and English.
-Proven leadership skills and proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
-Ability to develop and maintain strong internal customer/business partner relationships.
-Self-directed with strong initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
