Alpadia continues to work as an independent agency within the KLG group.Job DescriptionJob overviewWe are currently looking for a Junior HR officer, who will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources while contributing to the overall success of the organization. In this role, you will have a high focus on recruitment.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the HRBPs to identify staffing needs.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews
  • Conduct interviews for junior profiles and seasonal positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Take part of the new employee inductions and departures process.
  • Entering our seasonal employees in our HRIS system (Workday)
  • Being the person of contact for our employees for operational questions and document collection

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update Language Camps employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documentation.
  • Administrative support in the HR department. Assure that KPI’s are tracked.
  • Assist in the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures regarding the language camps department.
  • Establish work certificate when requested.
  • Help with translations, review documentation and report to the department useful information.

Other HR Tasks (outside of high season)

  • Support on HR general projects and policies
  • WD support & administration
  • Support on the HR newsletter
  • Support on different logistics tasks in the HQ KLG office.
  • Support with any task related to HR in the French countries.

QualificationsYour experience:You can justify of one or two years of experience in recruitment or any HR role support.Your professional skills and education:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level is required).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Spanish is a must.
  • You can perform all administrative tasks to the highest standard within given timescales.
  • You have the ability to work on own initiative as well as having excellent team-working skills.
  • You have an excellent organisational skill including ability to keep accurate records.
  • You have great computer skills, familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.

  • You have good communication skills and very strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to multi-task.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
