We are looking for:

• An intern candidate (graduate or student) to contribute to the HR team in Brussels (Haren)

We count on you for:

• Work in collaboration with our HR team and participate in weekly meetings

• Onboarding the new trainees, prepare their arrival

• Complete administrative documents for internship and follow immigration processes when needed

• Answer manager’s questions about internship opportunities

• Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams

• Meeting trainees’ needs

You will bring:

• Graduate or student – bachelor or master’s degree in HR, psychology, business or similar

• Fluent in French and English

• Have a knack for communication and human interactions

You will get:

• Accomodation is paid if you are a non-Belgian trainee

• Teleworking a few days a week
