Company DescriptionTailor&Fox, an Executive Search firm based in Italy, is working with a Multinational, leader in the Automation Systems B2C and B2B present throughout different Countries, who has entrusted us to search for the Spanish / Italian Branch the following strategic professional profile:HR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERPositionDirectly reporting to Head of HR & Compliance, the successful candidate has 2 – 5 years of experience and will support HR activities in 9 European markets and remote based CoE. The main focus of the role is to provide a professional hands-on and visible HR service to the Company business units in each country.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employment contracts recognise and comply with the relevant laws and regulations applicable to each jurisdiction. Provide advice on the recruitment of key employees of the local entities, setting out the communication strategy to be employed as part of the recruitment process to enable smooth integration of new employees
  • Managing and resolving employment related disputes including the active promotion of positive outcomes that can enhance the effectiveness and performance of Company’s business
  • Advise on the achievement of equality and harmonisation in the formulation of pay and benefits structures to ensure they are consistent with the performance and strategic objectiives of the Customers’ business
  • Support achievement of strategic goals and objectives by local management with advice and leadership on employee development, competences and the maintenance of the intellectual capital essential to the Company’s businesses. Develop and implement, in conjunction with the local management, change management plans to bring about workforce optimisation
  • Create and maintain systems to enable collection, analysis and reporting of HR and health and safety related information for European (and other designated) Group businesses
  • Collate evidence and provide input into Group policies related to HR and Health and Safety being developed and or ammended by head office, and ensure such Group Policies are communicated to, and implemented by relevant subsidiary businesses

RequirementsMain requirements:

  • Able to communicate in a variety of media, in a business environment in relevant European languages
  • University degree in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in Italian or Spanish. English is mandatory
  • Fully professionally qualified in HR, or with significant international industrial or commercial HR experience at the level of HR professional in a commercial European business environment
  • Team player with a collaborative outlook
  • Resilient under pressure
  • Able to multitask in a pressurised environment and provide consistently high-quality output
  • Excellent communicator in all respects with distinct stakeholder orientation
  • Credible and able to build deep and lasting relationships at all levels of an organisation

Other informationFix term contract (Contratto a tempo determinato) for 12 months, intended as 12-month probationary period and possibility of permanent contract.Place of work: Milano Sud, with availability for travel in italy and europe
