HR Intern (Talent Management)

Location – Terassa, Barcelona

Our internship is a unique opportunity for you to gain a firsthand experience in an international environment.

As part of the EMEA Talent Management Team you will be providing support on a set of topics ranging from internal HR processes, Learning & Development, to mentoring programs, while forming part of a dynamic and dedicated team that supports our internal customers across EMEA.

 

You will:

-Support communication on updates, and training initiatives related to internal HR processes
-Support the creation and update of learning materials related to different Talent Management initiatives
-Maintain Talent Management SharePoint 
-Support on the IP Mentorship Community program and assist participants throughout the process
-Gain exposure to a wide range of Talent Management related topics
 

You have:

-Background in HR, Psychology or Business Administration 
-Status of a student willing to gain experience in Talent Management
-Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
-Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
-Knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Polish will be an asset
-Computer / technical savviness & MS Office suite proficient (in particular Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint)
-Attention to detail
-Planning and organizational skills
-Ability to learn on the fly
