Job Summary:

The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Hire to Retire (H2R) Value Stream team with documentation and formulisation of Global Human Resource Processes. Also to support with hands-on HR and process management within a collaborative environment. The position reports to the H2R Global Process Owner.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for documenting HR processes and workflows.

• Creating/updating process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.

• Provide input to areas for improvement and optimization.

• Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to work with data, using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or more advanced data analysis software like Tableau or Power BI.

• Basic Understanding of HR Metrics: Knowledge of key HR metrics such as employee turnover rates, time to hire, and employee engagement scores.

• Technical Proficiency: Using process mapping tools to accurately document workflows. This includes but not limit to flow charts, swim lane diagrams, models. Basic skills in project management tools and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
