Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Retail Recruitment team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end retail hiring processes and an opportunity to gain exposure to talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
-Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
-Conduct initial phone screenings when required
-Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
-Assist in job postings across different platforms
-Support employer branding activities and recruitment events
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
-Provide administrative support to the HR team when needed
Qualifications
-Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
-Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
-Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
