The People Operation EMEA team acts as our first point of contact for the organization and our daily deliverables to internal customers that cover all HR Operations processes including on- and offboarding of employees and the implementation and data maintenance of our HR system. The People Operation EMEA team is part of the People & Culture department located in our headquarters in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen. The global team consists of 28 employees that all share a common goal: to make the employee journey a first-class experience.Drive the back-office effectiveness
As part of the People Operation EMEA team, you will drive back-office effectiveness and efficiency by improving structure and systems with your eagerness to continuously improve the tasks and projects you are involved in.The role and responsibilities:

  • Employees first point of contact, the go-to person
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding including contract administration
  • Support employees with holiday act. questions
  • Collecting, tracking, and maintaining employee data in HRIS
  • Maternity -, Parental – & sick leave reimbursement
  • Maternity and parental conversations with employees
  • Assist in coordination and planning of new hire Boot Camp (quarterly)
  • Make sure that Work & Residence visa are handled smoothly and collaborate with external stakeholders i.e., municipalities, SIRI, etc.
  • A1 International Social Security application
  • Support to Swedish Employees for Social Security and Jämking
  • Assist in HR projects deriving from time to time
  • Coordinator for People Operation EMEA student worker.
  • Be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience, Education and Skills
The ideal candidate for this role is flexible, can work autonomously, and can switch rapidly from in-the-moment collaboration to focused solo-work.Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with an HRIS system (Oracle, but not a deal breaker)
  • Curious and savvy on IT/Technology and how it can support and drive change and improvements
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite – well versed in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and consistent follow through on assigned tasks
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Like to have fun at work.
