  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and based on it prepare presentations and reports
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and supporting people leaders in planning team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

We’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR support of different element employee lifecycle (including min. 1-year experience in HR business partnering as HR Generalist / Junior HR BP in an international environment),
  • Excellent understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and processes, very good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Fluency in English (verbally and written) and at least communicative Polish,
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fast adaptation to the situation and flexibility, ability to plan, prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Excellent presentation skills.
