SWEP is looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic, international HR team in Landskrona, where you will serve as a driver and practitioner in both regional and global HR initiatives.

What you will do

By delivering high-quality, consistent HR operational support across the employee lifecycle in a global, matrix organization, you will contribute to an effective and scalable HR service model by enabling leaders and employees with core HR processes, compliance, people data, and day-to-day HR advisory. You will support Global Divisions such as but not limited to R&D, Marketing and Finance as well as our Business Unit in Europe.

Key responsibilities

-Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, employee data changes, documentation, and HR master data accuracy.
-Support manager routines like role changes, organizational updates, job changes, absence coordination, and HR documentation.
-Provide operational support in performance and talent processes (e.g., annual cycle administration, documentation, follow-ups, and reporting).
-Contribute to consistent application of HR policies, ways of working, and compliance standards in a global/matrix set-up.
-Coordinate training logistics where needed (enrollments, invitations, tracking, follow-up), in collaboration with Learning & Development team.
-Support process improvement initiatives within HR operations, including standardization, documentation, and automation of recurring HR administration.
 

Your Background

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Enough years of experience in broad HR administration/HR operations to be able to work independently. You need to have a good knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding, HR annual cycle support).
-A merit will be to have experience from working in an international and/or matrix organization.
-Solid understanding of Swedish HR administration practices including labor law with the ability to navigate in a global context working with several stakeholders.
-Experience of working with HR systems and databases with strong confidence in handling HR data, reporting, and documentation. It is a merit to have experience of Workday.
-Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
