Between our Danish brands you find DanDomain, ScanNet, Simply.com and Curanet.The positionAs HR Director you will be responsible for translating and implementing Group HR strategies in Denmark. You will advise on and ensure the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes in close collaboration with the organisation’s leadership, Group HR and your local HR team. You will facilitate team effectiveness and personal development within our dynamic company culture, serving as a key partner to the business and leadership team across all HR functions, including organisational design, employee engagement, internal communications, talent acquisition and management, rewards, and employee relations (including labour law and union relations).You will oversee a team of three HR professionals in Denmark, supporting approximately 200 employees across two locations. This position is based in Skanderborg, Denmark, and is part of the Danish Local Management Team, reporting into the Group Head of HR for the Presence Division.Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic human capital plan to meet organisational goals during a phase of growth, integration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with, coach, and challenge the leadership team on people-related topics, engaging in strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Foster a united company culture, vision, and values in alignment with Group initiatives.
- Facilitate performance reviews, engagement surveys, organisational reviews, talent reviews & succession planning, and merit reviews.
- Act as a liaison between local and Group, ensuring smooth collaboration, communication and implementation of HR processes.
Role objectives
- Deliver an excellent employee experience and build a company where people love to work and thrive.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate HR policies and activities related to culture, internal communications, performance, development, total rewards, and employee relations.
- Ensure the HR function supports industry and business challenges while maintaining legal compliance and advancing the organisation’s mission and talent strategy.
- Balance strategic HR assignments with ongoing daily operational tasks.
Job requirements:
- Master level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner within an international (matrix) profit organisation;
- Excellent people leadership skills – proven track record of building and retaining diverse teams;
- Experienced in labour law and managing union relations;
- Experience in employee and leadership development;
- Good cultural and organisational sensitivity, proven experience in change management;
- A good command of Danish and English in word and writing and great communication skills in general.

- Eager to solve challenges with a committed and positive attitude;
- Excel in working towards established goals while also showcasing adaptability;
