  • Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to navigate complex challenges and seize growth opportunities.

  • Years of experience operating as an HR Director or in a similar senior position with a proven track record of meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment, preferably within a large-scale.
  • Profound HR expertise with a special focus on talent development, recruitment, performance management, and implementation of new processes.
  • Understanding of high-volume, low-margin business challenges, ideally within TSL/Manufacturing/Retail sectors.
  • Outstanding ‘internal client focus’ with a track record of setting and monitoring HR processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals including labor law, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Natural ability to influence and manage demanding stakeholders locally and internationally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediate credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in successfully managing, nurturing, and developing professional teams.
  • Knowledge of Polish and English is a must.

Our client is a dynamic, international TSL firm with a global reach. They are rapidly expanding, having transitioned to higher levels within just 12 months, making this an exciting time to join them. We’re seeking an operational and strategic Head of HR CEE to navigate a newly established structure, streamline processes, and foster collaborative teamwork amid diverse cultural backgrounds. The Head of HR will support the company in strengthening its strong market position in Europe and facilitating further growth in Poland and the CEE region. This role will be part of the CEE management team and cover all Human Resources aspects of the company.
As Head of HR CEE, you will spearhead HR operations across several countries, initially managing teams in three locations, with expansion on the horizon. Collaborating closely with local and HQ teams, you will refine HR strategies to align with our business goals and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Your expertise will be crucial in improving organizational synergy and achieving HR excellence, supported by our client’s substantial financial backing and ongoing expansion.
