Job description
For our Client, an international consumer goods company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Data & Analytics Manager with French or English.Responsibilities:
- supports and manages processes ensuring data quality and data consistency across platforms, supports global and local data audits,
- performs data quality diagnostics, defines rules for tool data synchronization (between core HR and other systems), and sets up processes/governance for data correction in collaboration with Senior manager,
- works with and support HR data stewards on simplification/standardization of HR data,
- performs reporting of Employee Services related KPIs, including collecting information from geos, and contributes to the refinement of existing and development of new KPIs,
- ensures delivery of data for processes, audits, and other activities requiring HR/ES data & is responsible for local operational activities related to local reporting and analytics,
- provides input to the design and quality of reports – is responsible for design, development & maintenance of PowerBI & other tools to meet stakeholders requirements”,
- contributes to access management rules for core HR, and polices the correct usage of accesses,
- manages referentials, working with data owners to ensure they stay up to date,
- define and enforce rules for mass uploads and implement & track SLAs,
- collects and document local needs for regulatory reporting, and supports enablement of local teams using global platforms eg PowerBI for this purpose,
- support the local Employee Services digitalization roadmap in close relationship with HR and IT HR, lead of scope related reporting projects,
- ensure effective and efficient use of HR systems & tools for reporting, analysis & master data, eg. via delivering training sessions and webinars dedicated to reporting in HR,
- bring insights & foresights from outside to stimulate thinking on innovations and best practices in HR data and analytics, what they could deliver and how they could be deployed,
- lead local projects related to reporting & analytics to build process & tool efficiency through continuous improvement,
- support HR team to deliver data-driven insight and support effective decision making and help build a data driven decision making process in HR.
Requirements:
- understanding of HR data & reporting and associated processes,
- professional Experience in a similar position,
- fluency in English and French,
- service-oriented mindset and customer centricity,
- ability to communicate analyses and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences,
- ability to understand and design efficient data flows,
- technical skills and understanding of BI tools (Power BI) and similar,
- ability to lead a small expert team,
- ability to explain data model to non-technically minded colleagues,
- understanding of system development life-cycle, software and database structures, testing cycles,
- be able to document and ensure consistency of data management between systems,
- tech/data savvy with curiosity & agility to learn,
- analytical mindset.
