What will you do?
 
As an HR Data Analyst Intern attached to the Total Rewards team, your goal is to help infuse a data-driven culture in the HR department of Teads.

To develop BI within our HR department, you will support the team in:

  • Cleaning and maintaining our current tools and processes around HR data, in our HRIS and in connection with our ATS and our HR strategy tool.
  • Improving, optimizing, streamlining and automating HR data flows, through the connection between several APIs.
  • Creating HR decision support tools and dashboards (payroll management, budget, etc.).
  • Communicating BI knowledge and best practices to HR teams and supporting them towards a data-driven approach shared by all.

 

What will you bring to the team?

For a 6-months internship or a 1-year apprenticeship, you will bring your skills and experience:

  • Master degree in BI, engineering, mathematics or HR.
  • First experience of working with API connection for gathering data.
  • Knowledge of Apps Script for Google Sheets and/or VBA for Excel.
  • Data-driven mindset and proactive approach.
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
  • Desired English.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with BI platforms (Data Studio or Looker for example).
  • First experience with an HR tool (HRIS, ATS, ideally Bamboo, Greenhouse and/or Anaplan).
  • Appetence HR/finance, business acumen.
  • Proficient in French.
