Why we need this role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Country Manager to supervise local HR teams, provide deep knowledge of local labor regulations, and oversee the implementation of company policies. This role is crucial for ensuring that our HR services are delivered effectively and align with both local regulations and business objectives. As an HR Country Manager, you will leverage your expertise in HR management and local labor laws to support business leaders in navigating regional complexities. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, budgeting, and people development, working closely with Business Leaders on these key initiatives.

What you will do

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

-Driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
-Setting performance standards and evaluating local HR teams.
-Identifying short and long-term hiring needs for the region.
-Preparing individual development plans, and implementing retention plans for key talent.
-Providing subject matter expertise to help the business deliver HR needs.
-Participating in the design and implementation of HR projects and policies.
-Managing complex employee relations casework.
-Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment.
-Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes.
