We specialize in creating property management solutions that seamlessly connect with third-party apps, building an efficient marketplace for real estate owners (B2B) to manage their garages more effectively.How you contribute to ParkBee:As the HR Coordinator within the People & Culture team, you will be essential in supporting the Head of People with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. You will assist employees with general inquiries and provide guidance throughout their entire employee lifecycle. Your expertise and experience will bring enthusiasm and valuable support to our team.Main tasks/responsibilities:

  • Absence Management: Process absence requests on government portals, including maternity, paternity, and parental leave for employees in both the Netherlands and the UK.
  • Immigration & 30% Ruling: Handle applications for visa renewals and for the 30% ruling for eligible employees (Netherlands).
  • Payroll & Pension: Process payroll mutations (hours for flexible workers, weekend shifts, and various addendums related to payroll for both NL and the UK); Manage payroll for new starters and existing employees for both NL and UK. Responsible for processing pension applications for new starters.
  • Contract Management: Draft employment contracts, addendums and other agreements with proper documentation.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes. You will make sure all our team members have the smoothest experience they could imagine. During onboarding and offboarding, you manage and keep track of the processes itself and improve where necessary.
  • HR Support: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations when handling employee queries and maintaining records.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and records on Personio.

  • Available to work for 7 months on a temporary basis (maternity cover).
  • A degree in Business Administration or HR would be nice to have.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, employment legislation and law.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience working in human resources.
  • Experience within the start-up/scale-up environment, as well as knowledge of UK regulations, are very welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to discuss HR matters with employees.
  • Highlight the need for handling sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Enthusiasm, positive energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit, and you are thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • On-site position: our office is based close to Amstel station (Amsterdam)
  • Fluency in English.

  • Assessment: Prepare a case study for the team.
  • Second Interview: Present the results of the assessment and have a chat with our CEO and Head of People about future projects.
