About the role As a starting HR coördinator/ payroll employee, you will be part of the HR team, where you provide support in administrative aspects of HR. This ensures a lot of variety in your tasks, follow-up on onboarding documents & social legislations and answering employees’ questions. All those tasks ensure that no day is the same and that you are in direct & personal contact with your employees or new employees. As HR administrator it is important to work precisely and that you can manager your priorities. As a HR Coordinator/ Payroll you will: -Maintain and update employee records, data entry, managing HR related correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. – Assist with the onboarding process, facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including preparing onboarding materials,.. -Assist with the payroll administration, ensuring timely documents and benefits administration (parental leave, maternity leave, employment changes, work accidents, etc..) -You will help to develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. -You will help on different projects and assist the HR manager- HRBP -Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. Qualifications Qualifications -Excellent written and spoken communications in English, Dutch and French. -Bachelor degree in Human resources, business administration or related field. -Graduated or 2 years of experience in an HR administrative Role. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office ; PowerPoint, Excel,… -Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. -Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
