Hours: 37 hours per weekAs an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional staff to help us to grow our ambitions. As such, we are looking to appoint an individual who is passionate about providing a proactive HR service.Based in a small & friendly HR team, this diverse role encompasses various aspects of HR responsibilities including co-ordination of the recruitment & selection process and onboarding, maintaining an accurate HR database and providing advice and interpretation in relation to College procedures.Previous experience of working within a HR environment is essential. You must have the ability to work to deadlines, a high level of accuracy & attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
