As part of the HR Operations team you will assist in managing HR financial activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgeting. This role offers hands-on experience in HR analytics, payroll processing, and workforce cost optimization.What will the role entail?
– Responsible for the master data of Human Resources across the entire Group.
– Contact point for the different HR Departments (national and international) in order to consolidate all the HR Data.
– Support the HR Budget, last estimated and Forecast at group level to ensure proper completion within the deadlines and the objectives.
– Provide support on internal projects (e.g. optimisation / digitalisation of internal processes)
– Personnel cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis.
– Payroll Cash flow monthly analysis, forecast and tracking.What do we offer?

Requirements:
– Degree related with Economics, Business Administration, HR, Finance or related
– High level of english
– High level of excel
