Milan office was opened in 1997.The RoleThe Sales & Marketing Division is the team focused on supporting clients in selection (middle management position) on sales, marketing, communication, E-commerce, digital marketing functions. We are looking for a brilliant Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for:

• Recruiting, search &selection delivering / head hunting activity
• Business development
• Existing client relationship management
• Face to face interviews
• Reporting and back office activity

The Consultant will be involved in local and international assignments.The PersonWe are looking for a positive and proactive junior professional, with a good business acumen and able to deliver high and qualitative levels of service to our candidates and clients.Main requirements:

• Degree in humanities or Economy
• Passionate, dynamic, goal-oriented and fast learner
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Team player with ability to work on several projects
• Good in English
• previous experience (about 2 years) in recruitment or in B2B sales (services).
• A track record in pharmaceutical or medical devices sector will be a plus.
