GSK Belgium is hiring an HR Business Partner willing to make a positive impact on the Vaccines (Vx) employees experience.Job PurposeThe HRBP will partner with the Quality Control business and work closely with the HRBP Quality Belgium to effectively execute the people plan, leveraging local context and expertise by delivering HR services in line with our HR service delivery model, fully leveraging their partnership with People Services team and across OneHR.The role will report to HR Business Partner Vx Manufacturing and Quality based in Belgium and partner with the HRBP Quality.You will support the Quality Control department in Vx Belgium (+/- 600 employees), as a trusted partner to the business to drive business change, impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.This role requires agility and flexibility to support peaks in demand, projects or initiatives.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive the Quality people agenda and deliver against priorities, holding a strong understanding of the Quality Vaccines businessYou will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the HR model to coach and develop line managers to deliver business priorities supported by local policies and processesDevelop pragmatic solutions to address complex local business issues and leveraging wider OneHR Resources to support deliveryDiagnose and / or deliver change projects in line with the HR agendaPartner with Employee Relations to resolve high risk Employee Relations issuesUtilise digital, data and analytics tools and processes to gain forward looking insights to diagnose issues and inform execution of the people strategyBe disciplined in reducing customisation and champion our investment in new technology, regional hubs, standardised tools and processes within HR and with the businessCoach leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management.Why you?Basic qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Minimum Bachelor degree level in Human Resources or equivalent or experience in HR related disciplinesProven HR experience in a manufacturing environmentHR experience in various HR functional areas i.e. organisation development, change management, employee relations, etc.Ability to negotiate and influence through communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisationAbility to interact with business leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels within the businessAbility to work in a complex, matrix environmentAgility, adaptability, stress-resistentFluency in French is an absolute must, both written and spoken.Good command of English written and spoken.Preferred qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Ability to act as an internal consultant i.e. diagnosis, coaching, workshops and training facilitation, etc.HR experience in a manufacturing environment in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, industrial, aeronautical, automotive, etc.Exposure to QA/QC populationsAbility to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the companyIntegrity and ethicsDE&I Ally.Application closing date: 20/04/2024#Li-GSKIf you have a disability and require assistance during the course of the selection process, you will have the opportunity to let us know what specific assistance you require in order to make suitable arrangements.Why Us?GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organization where people can thrive.
