You will also cooperate closely and you will have support from other HR roles as we are one team aiming to improve HR processes and tools!What we offer:Online recruitment processHybrid work & Flexible Working HoursPrivate medical care in LuxMed GroupMyBenefit Cafeteria Platform (with Multisport card available)4 hours off work per year for health check-ups (“Dzień na U”)Group Life InsuranceEmployee referral programProfessional training & coursesSharing the costs of foreign language coursesNo dress codePossibility of growth inside an organizationTasks and Qualifications:What will you need to do as the HR Business Partner in KION?First of all – you will be acting a single point of contact for managers and employeesYou will assist and advising managers in organizational and personal changes and building great relationships in their area of responsibilityYou will assist managers and employees in our annual appraisal processYou will support managers in the recruitment process if requested: taking part in interviews, sharing feedback, preparing and organizing assessment centers;You will organise exit interviews and analyze exit interview data in order to suggest and implement solutions helping to keep the best talents in the organization and improve working conditions;You will support managers in the merit review processYou will assist managers in KION Pulse workshops organization and follow up, gather and escalate feedback together with suggestions for changes to help to improve working conditions and atmosphere;You will be supporting and be actively involved in selected Employer Branding activities;You will support the onboarding process if necessaryYou will continuously improve ways of working, including implementing process improvements to the area of responsibility;You will manage or participate in different HR projects cross-functionallyYour personality:People person with high communication, interpersonal skills, and high focus on delivering excellent customer service and developing effective relationshipsAn assertive person, self-driven and ready to take decisionsProactive person in proposing improvements and new ways of working that will affect the efficiency of the team and processesWhat will you need to succeed in the role?Must-have:At least 4-5 years of relevant HR experience in global organizations / international companiesExcellent understanding of HR hire-to-retire processesVery good understanding of the SSC/BPO landscapeVery good knowledge and practical understanding of the Polish Labour LawLanguages: fluent in English and Polish (C1)University Degree (preferably Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent)Ability to stay focused in a fast-changing environment and to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficientlyNice-to-have:Understanding of finance operationsGood command of GermanRecruitment process:Screening call with selected candidates with our recruiterTeams meeting with Head of HR and Head of Finance & AccountingFeedbackApply for the role and join us!
