Our client, a global leader in innovative technologies, is looking for an experienced freelance HR Business Partner to drive people strategy for its fast-growing production site in Nysa. You will join a highly professional HR community that invests in development through international exposure, challenging projects, and clear growth paths for senior HR professionals. In this role, you will have real influence over workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design in a modern, technology-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities
* Drive and implement the people strategy for the Nysa site: Lead workforce planning, talent and succession, organizational design, and development initiatives to support the plant’s growth and contribution to the group’s clean mobility and battery materials ambitions.
* Lead high-impact HR projects and frameworks: Design and roll out Career Development paths, competency models, IATF/automotive quality integration into HR processes, Absenteeism & Return-to-Work programs, Stay Interviews, and People Survey follow-up actions, ensuring measurable improvement in engagement and performance.
* Strengthen governance, compliance, and labor relations: Audit, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs; ensure compliance with Polish labor law and IATF standards; manage trade union interactions; and act as a key advisor to site leadership on complex HR topics.
Requirements
* Seasoned HRBP in industrial settings: At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Expert in labor law, unions, and HR frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and labor relations (including trade unions), plus proven experience implementing HR structures such as career paths, competency models, and HR compliance/SOP frameworks, enabling you to professionalize and future-proof HR at the site.
* Strong stakeholder partner with quality mindset
* Fluent level of Polish and English
